The record is put up today pursuant to an application filed by the D.H.- Complainant Sri Nikhil Majumder. Sri Majumder is present before us. It is submitted by Sri Majumder that the J.D. issued one cheque for an amount Rs.12,000/- in his favour in compliance with the decree passed in case No. C.C-116/2017. Sri Majumder further submits that he is not interested to proceed further with the instant execution case as the J.D. has satisfied the decree. 

In view of the submission made by the Sri Majumder, we drop the case.
