Order no.  1,  dt. 22.10.2022.

This case record has been placed before the Ld. Judges of monthly Upobhokta Lok Adalat which is held today.  Both the parties are found present.

Heard both sides and considered submission.

As per submission of the parties the disputes of this case have been settled at Rs. 4,000/- (Rupees Four thousand )only and the said amount has been paid to the complainant vide cheque no. 001633 of HDFC Bank, 26, Kasturba Gandgi Marg, New Delhi Branch.

One joint compromise petition has been filed.

When the dispute of this case has been settled by the parties, this Lok Adalat Judges have no other way but to settle the dispute through Lok Adalat.

So it is ordered that this case is settled as it is compromised by the parties.

Let a copy of this order be handed over to the parties at free of cost.
