06.08.2009. Pressent: Sh.Mohinder Singh, complainant in person. Sh.Karamjit Singh,AEE,Dharamkot alongwith Sh.S.K.Dhir,ld counsel for the Ops-Board. In view of the statement of Sh.Karamjit singh AEE that the Ops-Board shall give the tubewell connection to the complainant with four months provided the complainant completes all the requisite formalities of demand notice within 15 days which has been given to his today before this Forum.So the complaint is dismissed as compromissed.
