In the ultimate analysis of aforesaid discussion we hold that impunged recovery memo for recovery of Rs.31,232/- is illegal, null and void and is hereby quashed with further restraint to opposite parties from disconnecting electric connection in question as there is apparent deficiency in service on the part of opposite parties. Opposite party Board is further burdened with compensation for mental agony and physical harassment of Rs.3000/- payable to complainant alongwith cost of litigation of Rs.500/- within period of one month from the receipt of copy of this order.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Let certified copies of judgment rendered be supplied/despatched to the parties without any unnecessary delay and thereafter file be consigned to record room.<br /> <br /> Announced (Amarjit Sigh Jauhar) (A.K.
