Ld. Advocate for the O.Ps is present.  The record is placed today for passing necessary orders in respect of transfer application in connection with the CC Case No. 147/2012 pending before Ld. District Forum, South 24 Pgs.  On perusal of the materials on record we find that during the course of hearing the Complainant was creating disturbance in the courtroom and the Ld. District Forum was not in a position to conduct the hearing of the case in a proper manner and hence, the Ld. District Forum has requested for withdrawing the said complaint case bearing No. CC/147/2012 and transferring the same to any other forum.  We have duly considered the observation so recorded by the Ld. District Forum, South 24 Pgs and on perusal of the materials on record we are satisfied that ends of justice will be met if the case is transferred to another Forum.

In the result, the transfer application succeeds.  Let the case record of the complaint case bearing No. 147/2012 be withdrawn from the file of Ld. District Forum, South 24 Pgs and be transferred to C.D.F., Kolkata, Unit – I within one month from the date of this order.  TA/1/2013 is thus disposed of.
