Puran Chand vs. UHBVNL

CC No. 279 of 2014.

 

Present: Sh. Puran Chand complainant in person.

              Sh. Zile Singh, Advocate, counsel for OPs.

 

                        Today the case was fixed for arguments. However, complainant made a statement that compromise has been effected with the OPs and his tubewell connection has been released. Now, nothing is due against the OPs and as such he withdraws the present complaint being fully satisfied.

                      In view of the aforesaid statement made by complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
