Sri Naveen Kumar Tiwari, learned Counsel for the revisionist appeared.

Heard learned Counsel for the revisionist and perused impugned order dated 01-02-2019 passed by District Consumer Forum, Shamli in Complaint Case No. 27/2018 Sanjay Garg V/s Silver Bells School and others.

Perusal of impugned order dated 01-02-2019 shows that the quorum of District Consumer Forum was incomplete on that date and no order has been passed by District Consumer Forum on this date. Simply 25-02-2019 date has been fixed for evidence because the case was fixed for evidence on 23-01-2019.

In view of above I find no justification for interference in impugned order in exercise of revisional jurisdiction.

Revision petition is dismissed.
