Both the parties are duly represented by their learned Counsel.

          The learned counsel for the complainant filed a petition vide Petition No.72/21 wherein it is stated that the family member of the complainant informed that the complainant was expired on 17.02.2021 at Hayat Hospital, Guwahati and as such, the family member of the complainant is not having an interest to continue with the proceeding and want to withdraw the aforesaid complaint case from this Commission. In proof of death of the complainant, a photocopy of death certificate has also been submitted.

            I have heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant as well as the learned counsel for the Opp. Party. I have also perused the death certificate of the deceased complainant.

           As the family member of the deceased complainant does not want to proceed with the complaint case, the prayer for withdrawing the complaint case is allowed.

           Accordingly, this complaint case is disposed of on withdrawn.
