AWARD

          Vide his separate statement recorded on 20.11.2024

Sh.Harsharanjit Singh, Executive Engineer (EE), PWSSD, Mansa stated that he has received cheque No.896227, dated 13.11.2024 of Rs.2,85,000/- favouring Executive Engineer, Punjab Water Supply and Sewerage Mandal, Mansa, today from the ld.Counsel for OP No.3 and the entire work will be completed and the water supply will be made operational on or before 30th April, 2025 and the complaint be disposed of in the upcoming National Lok Adalat.

          Vide separate statement the complainant stated that he admits the aforesaid statement of Sh.Harsharanjit Singh, Executive Engineer (EE), PWSSD, Mansa (Punjab) and the complaint be disposed of accordingly in the National Lok Adalat.

2]        In view of the above statements, the present complaint stands disposed of by passing the following award:-

1. The OPs NO.1 & 2 are directed to complete the entire work and make the water supply operational on or before 30^th April, 2025.
2. In case the OPs No.1 & 2 failed to comply with above directions, the complainant shall have the right to file execution application against the award.

3]        The award is accordingly passed. Complaint stands disposed of in above terms.

4]        Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
