Heard the Petitioner who appears in person. There is no averment at all in the revision memo relating to order of the State Commission dated 25.8.2009. The State Commission had dismissed the appeal as barred by limitation on the ground that the app/Complainant had not filed certified copy of District Forums order as also not filed application for condonation of delay. Besides this, the appellant was not present on the date of hearing before the District Forum. The State Commission had accordingly dismissed the appeal. In the revision memo, there is no averment with reference to the said order of the State Commission. The revision is accordingly dismissed with no order as to costs.
