The complainant is absent . on perusal of the record we find that the complainant is neither filing court fee not is appearing just after filing of this case . the complainant has also not file any documents it appeare that the complainant has no interest in his case and he had been given last chance on 13/02/12 and 13/0.3/12 . as complainant has got interest , Hence complainant is rejected .
