The complaint was filed by the complainant U/S 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite party in not repaying the school fees paid by the complainant for his son along with a prayer to direct the opposite party to repay a sum of Rs.11,000/- towards school fees paid by the by the complainant and to pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- towards compensation for the mental agony caused to the complainant and to pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- towards the litigation expenses to the complainant.
Memo filed and recorded stating that the matter has been settled between the parties. Hence this complaint is dismissed as settled out of court. No cost.
