ORDER

Shri.Mohan Dasendiram Sharma appeared as a representative of appellant and filed an application signed by the appellant. He also filed a copy of sale deed. He submits that the appellant is about 90 years of age and he is also blind and, therefore, he is unable to appear before this Commission. He submits that the appellant has obtained sale-deed of the house and, therefore, appellant has instructed him that the appeal may be withdrawn. Adv.Varma is present for resp.1 & 2. The application forwarded by the appellant through the said representative shows hat the appellant does not wish to proceed with the appeal as the respondent has executed sale deed of the house in question in his favour. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the appeal is disposed of as withdrawn. No orders as to costs.
