According to office report dated 28.02.2022, the registered court notice was issued to the appellant on 22.01.2022, which has been received back with postal endorsement that the recipient has left the address given over the envelope.

This appeal has been preferred against the impugned judgment and order dated 12.07.2019 passed by the District Commission, Dehradun in consumer complaint No. 246 of 2014; Ms. Kirti Upadhyay Vs. Chairman, Mussoorie International School, by which the consumer complaint filed by the appellant / complainant has been dismissed.

According to office report dated 28.02.2022, the court notice was issued to the appellant / complainant on the address mentioned by her in the consumer complaint.

It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing this appeal.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed in default of the appellant.
