Perused the receipt granted by Complainant dated 21,2,2012 wherein the Complainant has received the AC Samsung repaired along with D.D of Rs. 3000/- vide IDBI Pay order  001633. As order of this Forum/Commission has been compiled by J.Drs and the D.Hr  is not taking any step, we are not inclined to continue this case further and accordingly, the case is closed.
