                   No step has been taken by the D.Hr. Advocate for J.Dr. submitted that draft already been sent through regd. post and it is delivered. As the D.Hr as delivered. As the D.Hr is not interested to come to this Commission it is directed that the D.hr is at liberty to file any objection within continues for execution. In case of non filing of any objection before the date fixed i.e. 11.10.2022 it will be presumed that the D.Hr is satisfied and has no any claim further. The case will be close automatically on 11.10.2022.

The D.Hr present personally and submitted that he has received Rs. 1,01,427/- from the J.Dr. and requested to close the case. Heard. As the order of this Commission has already been executed, the case is closed.
