ORDER

The complainant is not present. On the last date, he was directed to produce any case law to show that this Forum has jurisdiction to entertain the complaint. In view of the decision 1994(111) CPR page 483 that may be noted that the grievance of the complainant is with regard to non-issue of shares for which he had applied, and such a dispute will not amount to any deficiency of service and will not fall within the purview of the Consumer Protection Act. Reference may be made to 1994(111) CPR page 483. In view of the above discussion the complaint is not maintainable as the question of deficiency of service is not involved and is liable to be dismissed. The complaint stands dismissed and no costs.
