                        The learned counsel for complainant has made statement that he be permitted to withdraw the complaint with the liberty to file fresh as and when opportunity arises in view of the check up of A.C. conducted by OPs. Such statement has been recorded on the complaint itself. In view of this, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh as and when opportunity arises in view of the check up of A.C. conducted by OPs, as per law on the same cause of action.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
