This petition coming on for final hearing before us on this day  Thiru. K.Balu, 1^st  Complainant appeared in-person,  and Thiru. T.N.K.Selvaraj, Advocate for the Opposite party’s counsel present, and having stood over for consideration till this day, the Forum made the following:

            1^st Complainant Mr.K.Balu Present, Mr.T.N.K.Selvaraj file vakalath for opposite parties 1 and 2.  Complainant filed a memo stating that withdrawing the complaint and recorded.  Endorsement also made by the complaint for withdrawal.  In view of endorsement and memo filed by the complainant, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn, No costs.
