The appellant (Complainant) being aggrieved by the impugned order dismissing the complaint with liberty to the complainant may agitate before appropriate authority for restoration of the commercial connection which shall be considered by the authorities expeditiously.
2. The dispute with respect to the billing and disconnection of the electric line on account of non- payment.
3. The complainant aggrieved that bill against the commercial connection so as to the properly served and received by the complainant. It was not paid with electric connection was disconnected however the respondent board issued and in inflated bill against his connection under DS categories. The bill alleged to have been served as per the DS tariff and not NDS against his domestics supply. The respondent case is that the complainant was found using electric supply for running shops from the DS connections as such the bills were issued as per the NDS tariff.

The complaint was considered by the District Forum and having found that since the electric consumption from the DS supply was used for commercial purpose the bill issued by the board as per the NDS tariff cannot faulted. The Forum however given liberty to got commercial connection restore to make appropriate application.
5. We have considered the case of the parties and the impugned order. On perusal of the written notes of argument filed on behalf of the appellant. It would appear that the defect meter was removed new meter was install on 05.04.2014 the complainant has aggrieved to pay the bill of last five months on the basis of is installment and subsequent bill as per the meter reading. In view of the above and also the fact the complainant had approached for settling claim as per the OTS of the board. Let the meter to be considered by the concerned the electric executive engineer and commercial connection of the complainant be restored after the payment of all the outstanding electric dues against the consumption as also taking into account OTS in which the amount was settled at the material time. In case the payment as per the tariff the concerned electric line be restore preferably within a period of two months on receipt of production of the receipt showing payment of the all outstanding dues.
6. The impugned order is modified above and appeal stands partly allowed.
