ORDER:

                  

                   Sh.R.L.Bhatia, complainant made statement  for withdrawal of the complaint by submitting that his grievance has been redressed. He has also placed on record an affidavit to this effect. His statement has  also been recorded separately.

2.                 In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
