ORDER    Adv. D.Chatterjee holding for Adv.Lahiri  is present for the Appellant and filed letter of authority. He submitted an application signed by appellant’s manager seeking withdrawal of the appeal and also to withdraw Rs.5000/- deposited in this Commission by the appellant. The Resp.has no objection for withdrawal of that amount as the settlement is reached in between both the parties outside the commission. In view of aforesaid statement of proxy advocate for appellant, and the application filed by him, the appeal stands disposed of as withdrawan. The amount of Rs.5000/- if any, deposited by the Appellant in this Commission, be paid to the appellant after due verification. No orders as to costs.
