Parties have compromised. Statements of Learned Counsel for the Opposite Party No.3 and that of the complainant have already been recorded. Counsel for the Opposite Party No.3 has received mobile hand set along with its accessories from the complainant and has agreed to pay Rs.8000/- to complainant in full and final satisfaction of his claim. The complainant has accepted this offer. So in view of statements made by Learned Counsel for the Opposite Party No.3 and the Complainant, the Opposite Party No.3 is directed to pay Rs.8000/- to the complainant in full and final satisfaction of his claim within 15 days. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs under the rules. File be consigned to the record room.
