In the result,the complaint is allowed in part, directing the opposite parties 1 to 4 to pay Rs.26,000/- the cost of the refrigerator, covered under Ex.A1 Rs.5,000/- towards compensation for mental agony and Rs.2,000/- towards costs of litigation to the complainant , within one month from the date of this order. Failing which the cost of refrigerator i.e. Rs. 26,000/- will carry interest
