         Today representative of complainant send an email    that he has received  a DD  No. 234004 dt. 13.03.2023 amounting to  Rs. 16,602/- (Sixteen Thousand Six Hundred Two only) from the OP and he is no longer interested in persuing with the present complaint and withdraws the same. In view of this, complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Copy of the order be supplied to both the parties, free of cost. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
