The complaint was fixed for issuing notice to Ops. Neither RC nor copy of complaint etc. has been furnished by the complainant. Despite availing so many opportunities from 17.04.2023 to 27.06.2023, 23.08.2023, 21.10.2023, 08.11.2023, 09.01.2024, 29.02.2024, 22.04.2024 and 17.05.2024 for which notice was also issued to the complainant for presence but she did not appear despite receiving the notice. It seems that she does not want to pursue the present complaint. Hence, the same is bereby dismissed for want of prosecution.
