Versus

Central Regional Manager, Life Insurance of India Ltd. - Opp.Party(s)

Adv. Rajeev Kumar

31 May 2023

ORDER

Complainant absent.

Attendance on behalf of the opposite party has been filed through his advocate. Learned advocate for the opposite party submitted that the entire admissible maturity amount has already been credited in the account of the complainant through NEFT and this fact has been specifically stated in para IV of the written statement. Non prosecution of the present complain after 13.03.2023 to until now reveals the fact that the complainant has lost interest in present the case on account of crediting of the admissible amount in account. In view of above said facts the present complain is dismissed for non-prosecution/settlement of dispute.
