ORDER

6.3.2019                     Perused the PUD dated 13.2.2019 received from the President, District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Satna (for short the “Forum”) seeking guidance about hearing of the complaint filed by one of the Member of the Forum Ms. Savitri Singh against Central Board, Railway Board, Rail Bhawan, Rayseena Road, Delhi and others.  It has been informed by the registry that in the Forum apart from Ms. Savitri Singh one other Member is also working.  In the circumstances, the President with the other Member can proceed with the complaint filed by Ms. Savitri Singh in accordance with law.

                                    Accordingly, the PUD is disposed of.
