Today is fixed for showing cause by the DHR.

No step taken by the DHR.

Record shows that the DHR has filed this EA case against the JDR where it mentioned that the JDR resides under the PS Lake Town, Kolkata. But from the execution report sent by the O.C., Lake Town PS, Bidhannagar Police Commissionerate, Kol.-89, reported that the address in the W/A is not correct as there is no Dhakuria Station Road within the PS jurisdiction of Lake Town, Kolkata. Order dated 04.02.2015 clearly stated that for this situation order will pass in presence of DHR on 01.04.2015 but on that date the DHR neither appeared nor taken any proper step in this case. For such act of the DHR, we think that the DHR has lost his interest in this case.

Under such circumstances there is no alternative but to reject the case.

Hence, it is

ORDERED,

this case, being No. EA-31/2012 is rejected without cost.

Let copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
