Heard Mr.Vincent D’souza/Complainant on the point of admission.  He has produced the copies of documents.  This is a unique complaint filed by the complainant in which this Forum is unable to find out the grievance of the complainant. The complainant has not explained on what basis he is claiming deficiency in service on the part of the opponent.  He has claimed amount of Rs.80,000/- with interest but in his complaint he has not explained on what basis he is claiming this amount from the opponent. The complaint is vague.  Therefore, we are unable to find out the grievance of the complainant. Orally, the complainant has submitted that account was closed therefore he is claiming interest. On perusal of copy of passbook, it appears that the account was closed on 20^th June, 2013 and interest was paid upto 20^th June, 2013. There is no prima facie case to show the deficiency in service or unfair trade practice on the part of the opponent.  Thus, there is no prima facie case on record to admit the complaint. Hence, the complaint is dismissed at the stage of admission itself.  Inform the party accordingly.
