Application is filed for restoration of appeal No. 412/1998 when which was dismissed for default on 17/09/2008, is not tenable before this Commission as State Commission has no jurisdiction to restore the appeal or any complaint dismissed for default. Hence, this application stands dismissed. No order as to cost.
