2. Life Insurance Corporation Of India , (PMJJBY Policy) Shop No.1 &2, Opposite Super Mall, Sector-12, Karnal, Through its Senior Manager/Chief Administrative Officer/Authorized Signatory.

        At the stage, Learned counsel for the complainant has suffered his separate statement to effect that complainants have received the claim amount so he does not want to pursue the present complaint and withdraws the same.

                In view of the above statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being settlement. Parties concerned be communicated the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
