Case called out. None responds. The appellant is not taking steps for issuance of notice to the respondent. The appeal is very old one. It was ordered on 20.12.2016 that the steps be taken within 10 days, otherwise the appeal may be dismissed. The steps were not taken nor anyone is present from the side of the appellant. It appears that the appellant is no more interested in the proceedings of the case. Therefore, this appeal is dismissed in default.

ORDER

The appeal is dismissed in default. The parties shall bear their own costs.
