Complainant  is absent   without  step.  Opp. party  no-1, 2   & 3   are   present   through  ld. counsels. It is   seen from    the record   that  the   complainant  was   absent   on     7/6/2022,  17/8/2022, 20/10/2022  and   19/12/2022  , although  the case    has   been   fixed for    filing   evidence   on affidavit   by the   complainant. 

We  are of    the  view   that   complainant  is not  interested  to   proceed   with  his case   and  accordingly   the case   is dismissed  for  default.
