Ld.agent of the complt. submits that they have compromised the case out of court.

Both the parties has filed a joint petition of compromise stating that they are no longer willing to proceed with the case.

Seen the petition of compromise which duly signed by the complt. with verification and signed by the OPs and also by the Ld.Agent of Complt.

In the result the case is liable to be dismissed.
