Today is fixed for admission hearing of the complainant.

The president is present online. The Ld counsel of the complainant is present. Heard his submissions. Considered. Perused the complaint and allegations raised therein.

 It appears complainant Smt. Mira Roy is resident of Haiderpara , Siliguri under P.S- NJP(New Jalpaguri) in the district of Jalpaiguri. Further OP no.1 has his office in Mumbai and Op no..2 has also his office under P.S.- Bhaktinagar in the District of Jalpaiguri. No cause of action appears to occurred also in the jurisdiction this commission, so this commission  has no jurisdiction to proceed with this complainant, as such the complaint be returned to the complainant for filing in appropriate jurisdiction.

 Hence , complaint be returned to the complainant for filing within appropriate jurisdiction.
