                    Perused the record. We find that the appeal is barred by 10 years 10 months and 24 days and no reasonable and plausible reason has been explained in the application for condonation of delay. Even otherwise no one is appearing for the appellant. 

                    In the circumstances the appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution as also barred by limitation.
