          I have perused impugned judgment and order passed by the District Consumer Forum.

          Vide impugned judgment and order the District Consumer Forum has dismissed complaint.

Perusal of impugned judgment and order shows that District Consumer Forum has recorded reason for dismissing complaint. None is present on behalf of appellant/complainant to press this appeal.

In view of above appeal is dismissed in default of complainant.
