                  Notice of the Misc. application was sent to the complainant  due to the effect that present misc. application  was filed by opposite party No.2  who was ready to pay the balance amount of Rs. 49145/- as per orders of the Hon’ble National Commission, New Delhi. But as per report of the process server address of Harbans Lal is not traceable . There is no other address available with this Commission. Hence, present Misc. application stands disposed of with  direction that opposite party bank manager is at liberty to  get back the cheque of Rs. 49,145/-   which has been issued in favour of Harbans Lal Rakesh Kumar   from this Commission against proper receipt and opposite party can approach on its own directly to Harbans Lal , complainant for the payment of this amount. Misc. application be consigned to the record room.
