The Complainant is absent. The Advocate for the Complainant Shri. Pratap Sampat is absent.  The Advocate for Opposite Party Shri. M.M. Gohar is absent.  Advocate Shri. Vilas Jadhav is present for Adv. Shri. Pratap Sampat.  The Advocate for the Complainant is seeking time for arguments from 05/09/2013 till this date.  The Advocate for Complainant Shri. Vilas Jadhav again on toady sought adjournment for oral argument.  He did not agree with the suggestion given by this Forum that, the matter if decided on merit on the basis of the documents and pleadings in this case, as well as written arguments placed on record but the Ld.Advocate for the Complainant who is present i.e. Shri. Vilas Jadhav insisted for grant of adjournment for oral argument.  As the matter is very old and several opportunities have been granted to the Complainant for oral arguments and the Complainant is also absent, the complaint is dismissed for non-submission of oral argument and for absence of the Complainant.  There is no order as to costs.
