Per Hon’ble Mr. Justice S.B. Mhase, President :

          Heard the Ld. Counsel for the Complainant.  He states that this is not a case of common interest against Opponents and therefore, a separate complaint will have to be filed before District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum.  Therefore, he seeks time to prepare separate complaints and file with District Forum.  The statement is accepted.  Complainants are allowed to file separate complaints, if they desire with the District Forum or they may follow any other remedy available to them in accordance with law.  Complaint disposed off accordingly.  Since the complaint has been withdrawn on the statement of the Ld. Advocate, State Commission is not required to adjudicate the issue as to whether a joint complaint as filed is mentionable or separate complaint has to be filed.  Therefore, office is directed to return the amount of fees paid by Complainant at the time of filing complaint.  Office is directed to keep the certified copy of this complaint for our record purpose and return the original set to the  Complainant.  Complainants may file the complaints in the District Forum within a period of 2 weeks, if he desires after return of complaint.  This complaint stands disposed of as withdrawn.
