ORDER

This Forum is therefore of the view that the Opposite Party No. 1 is guilty of deficiency of service and directs the Opposite Party No. 1 to pay the said amount of Rs.93,885/- along with interest at the same rate as was calculated as if the said sum continued in the Money Multiplier Deposit Certificate Account No. 32/707 dated 11^th August 2000 for which the maturity value is Rs.93,885/-, which matured on 11-08-2003 and all the interest and benefits accrued or accruable as if the Money Multiplier Deposit Certificate Account No. 32/707 dated 11^th August 2000 for which the maturity value is Rs.93,885/- , which matured on 11-08-2003 stood further renewed from 11.08.2003 i.e. the date of maturity up to the date of the actual payment to the legal representatives of the complainant equally.
