ORDER

None present for the appellant.

None was also present on 26.06.15, 07.08.15 and 10.12.15.

SPCs vide no. 1846 dated 23.05.15; no.2638 dated 30.06.15 and no.3450 dated 11.09.15 were issued to appellant informing the next date of hearing.  But none was present to argue the case.

The appeal is barred by one month and twenty five days.

On 06.02.16, counsel for the appellant sought time to file application for condonation of delay.  But neither the application is filed nor is he present today to argue the case

This continuous absence clearly indicates that the appellant is not interested in pursuing this case.

The appeal is therefore dismissed for want of prosecution.
