ORDER

Complainant/petitioner got his complaint dismissed as not pressed and thereafter filed another complaint on the same cause of action.  On an objection taken by the respondent that the second complaint was not maintainable, District Forum dismissed the second complaint as not maintainable, aggrieved against which, the petitioner filed appeal before the State Commission, which has been dismissed by the impugned order.

          We agree with the view taken by the fora below.  Since the earlier complaint had been got dismissed as not pressed, the second complaint on the same cause of action was not maintainable.  Dismissed.
