 At this stage, the Ld. lawyer for the complainant filed a petition praying for withdrawal of the present case.

The petition is taken up for hearing.

Perused the petition and other materials on record. Hard both sides. The Ld. lawyer for the O.P.  raised no objection.

In the said petition the complainant has stated that the disputes between them has been amicably settled out of Forum. He has got no grievance at present against the O.P. / Central Bank of India, NJP Branch. As such he doesn’t want to proceed further with this case. Accordingly, he has filed the present petition praying for withdrawal of the case.

It appears to us that the matter has been amicably settle between the parties out of Forum. So, there is no necessity to proceed further with this case. Accordingly the petition is considered and stands allowed.

Hence, it is

O R D E R E D

That the C.C.No.-08/2017 be and the same is withdrawn without cost and without any liberty to sue afresh.
