1. Vijay Kumar age 25 years son of Sh. Raja Ram resident of near School, Village-Hajwana, Tehsil-Pundri, District Kaithal.
2. Jatin (Minor) age 4 years son of Vijay Kumar.
3. Riya (Minor) age 2 years daughter of Vijay Kumar.

Both resident of near School, Village Hajwana, Tehsil-Pundri and District Kaithal through their father Vijay Kumar.

2. Life Insurance Company Limited, through its Branch Manager Office at Rajound Road, HUDA Market, Pundri, District Kaithal.
3. Life Insurance Company Limited, through its Branch Manager, Divisional Office At 489, Model  Town, Karnal.

                   File taken up today on application filed by Ld. Counsel for complainant. Complainant-Vijay Kumar son of Sh. Raja Ram resident of village Hajwana, Tehsil Pundri, District Kaithal appear in person along with Sh. Anil Munnarehri, Advocate made a statement that he does not want to proceed with the present complaint further and withdraw the same being fully satisfied.         In view of the statement of complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copy of this order be sent to the complainant free of cost. File be consigned to record after due compliance.
