1.                Learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement that he may be permitted to withdraw the present complaint on technical ground with liberty to file afresh before appropriate authority.

2.                Present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn, in pursuance of the respective statement made by learned counsel for the complainant. However, complainant is at liberty to file afresh complaint before appropriate authority.
