The parties led evidence upto their satisfaction. We have heard learned counsel for the parties at length and we allow the complaint of the complainant with the observation that there is deficiency in service on the part of opposite party. Thus we direct the opposite party to pay to the complainant a sum of Rs.1000/- for deficiency in service and further award Rs.300/- as cost of the complaint.
