Present:          None.

Case taken up at 3.20 P.M. and called repeatedly but this time also complainant has not put in appearance.  Perusal of file reveals that the case was fixed for evidence of complainant on 06.01.2016 and since then he has availed several opportunities to conclude his evidence but failed to conclude the same rather opted not to come present before the Forum wherefrom it is presumed that either the OP’s have settled the grievance of the complainant or the complainant is not interested in pursuing the complaint further more.  Hence, finding no justification in adjourning the case further, the same is dismissed in default for non-appearance of the complainant. Copies of this order be sent to parties concerned free of costs, as per rules.  File after due compliance be consigned to record room.
