Deep Chand Vs. Cell Point

Present: Sh. Piyush Rohilla, Advocate, counsel for complainant.

              Sh. Brijeshh Chauhan, Advocate, counsel for OPs No. 1& 2.

 

 

                        Today the case was fixed for consideration as compromise has been effected between the parties.  As per compromise, OPs No.1 & 2 are ready to replace the old mobile set with new one of same model or upgraded model within a period of 30 days which has been accepted by the counsel for the complainant. Hence, as per compromise, we direct the OPs No.1 & 2 to replace the old mobile set with new one of same model or upgraded within a period of 30 days failing which complainant shall be entitled to invoke the jurisdiction of this Forum as per law. Parties are bound by their statements recorded in the Forum. The present complaint stands partly allowed in the above terms.  Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
